COMPETITION

The Platform is a casual game. The application hosts 30 games with unlimited time for each game. To use and play a game, Users must sign up or log in using the available mechanisms. The following rules apply to all games:

● We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who finds out about cheating or any anomaly in the scoring system.

● The user may collect game points to be used as boosters for finishing and being at the top of the leaderboard.

● A number of game points is specified in the application for each game.

PRIZE REDEMPTION AND CASHING OUT

● Once a tournament is finished, our team will contact the winners.

● We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

● All claims for prizes at the address mentioned are free of charge. The users must pay AED 20 for the delivery of vouchers (by choice).

● A user can only win once, so no person with the same identity may win more than one prize in a competition or tournament.

● We reserve the right to cancel the prize once we find that an individual is using more than one account to win during the tournament.

● Any promotional vouchers awarded by the company have a limited validity of 3 months. (or other time as may be specified with such promotion) starting the day it was awarded and will expire after.

● Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

● Prizes are awarded at our sole discretion, and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

● Tournament winner(s)’ names may be published in the relevant social media outlets in which the tournament appeared and on the relevant publication’s website. By entering the tournament, you consent to such use of your personal data.

● Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the tournament notice. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
